A 32 year old man has handed himself into Sydney police over a one punch attack in Bondi at the weekend.
He's been charged over the alleged attack on Jake Stephenson who was hit in the back of the head, falling to the ground losing consciousness.
It's alleged he was then kicked in the chest - people coming to his aid out the front of fast food store Oporto on Campbell Parade.
Jake' s condition has improved - he is expected to make a full recovery.

A 21-year-old man has been bashed at Bondi Beach, leaving him with serious head injuries.
In what's believed to be an unprovoked attack, police say the man was standing on a footpath at Campbell Parade when he was punched in the back of the head. He fell to the ground and was kicked before his attacker ran off.
The victim was treated at the scene and taken to St Vincent's Hospital, where he was placed in an induced coma and remains in a critical condition.
