Police have seized a truck that rolled onto and killed a 30 year old mother on Sydney's north shore yesterday.
The mum was holding her four-year-old son, when the tipper carrying rubble overturned into her Wahroonga home's front yard.
The boy was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while the 67 year old driver of the truck was not in the vehicle when the incident happened at 5pm on Spurgin Street.
Following hours of questioning by police, he has since been released.
Neighbours are stunned something so terrible could happen to a "good woman".
