Hundreds of Qantas passengers in Los Angeles are waiting for a standby plane to bring them to Australia after their initial aircraft flooded.
QF94 from LA to Melbourne had to turn back for the U.S. an hour into the flight, after a drinking water pipe burst.
Litres of water leaked into the cabin from the ceiling, flooding the aisles and leaving several passengers a little damp.
Crew on the A380 managed to move those affected to spare seats while they tried to contain the river that began to flow through the plane.
Most passengers have praised the Qantas cabin crew for the way they handled the situation.
The airline says it's now in contact with Airbus, the manufacturer of the aircraft, and throughout the entire incident no passengers were in any danger.
